Refunds, returns and exchanges

We want you to love our products. If you're not head-over-heels impressed by how flavorful and fresh our fruits or marmalades are, please write to hello@marmaladegrove.com and we'll refund or replace your order immediately.

Our sweet-satisfaction guarantee means that we'll refund or replace any order, fresh fruit or marmalade, for any reason. Even if they look at you funny.


Occasionally, we may simply be unlucky and a shipping carrier repeatedly cannot get a good order to you or our products are simply not to your taste. If you request multiple returns, we will refund all of your orders but we may not be able to sell to you again because you may expect a quality we cannot match or a carrier is unable to deliver on time.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@marmaladegrove.com. We love our carriers but accidents happen. Do not worry. We'll replace or refund your order quickly.
